Florence Richardson

After an engineering degree (Ecole Centrale Lille) and a post-graduate degree from ESCP-Europe, Florence worked for 14 years in various positions within the Crédit Lyonnais Group, in the corporate field and then in the strategy department. At the beginning of 2002, she embarked on an entrepreneurial project and co-founded a sales organisation and sales force outsourcing consultancy, of which she was Managing Director until the end of 2008.

Member of FBA since 2009, Co-President from 2014 to 2019, Florence is appointed President in 2019. Florence is an active Business Angel for some twenty innovative companies and regularly participates in juries, events and training sessions on startup financing. Florence has been a certified IFA/Sciences Po Company Director since March 2012. She is a member of several strategic committees and boards of young companies and is a director in the financial sector and of an unlisted SME.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, with a Master’s degree in business law and economics, and a certified company administrator, Catherine has held management positions with a focus on communication-governance-innovation in SMEs and large groups in the food, textile, automotive, press and services industries, notably Didot-Bottin, PwC and Renault.

She then worked as a consultant/transition manager for investment funds and SMEs and co-founded Evalliance, a Europe-ASEAN cooperation structure in the textile/fashion sector.

She is currently Marketing and Development Director of the French Institute of Directors.

She joined FBA in 2012 and quickly became involved in the governance and promotion of the association. Since then, she has been in charge of press, digital and event communication as well as the general secretariat from 2014 to 2016.

Françoise Huguet-Devallet

Françoise has a degree in economics, a diploma from Sciences Po Paris and a degree in sociology. Her career developed in economic research, marketing and advertising sales (advertising sales office of Bayard Presse, advertising sales office of the Publicis group for the national and regional daily press, magazines of the Hachette group) then Françoise was at the head of the advertising sales office of the daily newspaper Le Monde. She then joined the cinema industry as Managing Director of Mediavision/Circuit A, then Vice President of Circuit A and finally President of Screenvision France, notably for the UGC and CGR networks.

Member and Vice-President of FBA since 2008, Françoise assists Agnès Fourcade in lobbying public authorities (Assises, ministerial meetings) and in contacts with women’s networks. She is also in charge of legal and tax monitoring and is a member of the France Angels tax commission. As part of the financing of the network, she initiated and organised a partnership with the Allianz group. Finally, she is responsible for the organisation of training in coordination with the General Delegate.

Domitille Tabary

Domitille graduated from Sup de Co Rouen (now Neoma Business School) and the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce.

Her career started in investment banking (Banque Louis Dreyfus) as a portfolio manager. Back from a long expatriation (California and Australia) which allowed her to deepen her knowledge of the Anglo-Saxon culture, she created her own headhunting company (banking and insurance), then real estate transactions.

Domitille has been a business angel for ten years, a member of the strategic committee of a startup, and on the board of a women’s conference association.

She joined FBA at the beginning of 2016, has already invested in 6 projects and now puts her skills at the service of the development and animation of the network.

Cécile Bassot

Cécile has 25 years of experience in corporate management and board membership.

She has managed the SIAL group within UNIBAIL, was a director of VINEXPO and was Managing Director of SOPEXA until 2014. She also holds directorships in various companies including KEA and SPAS.

She has a strong interest in international development, from Africa to China, from South America to Canada. She was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor in 2000.

She has been investing in companies for many years and accompanying entrepreneurial adventures. It was natural for her to join FBA in 2012, convinced that a woman’s perspective brings another dimension to business and to entrepreneurs.

Cathe Lamarque

A graduate of “SUP DE CO” with a double major in finance and IT development, Cathe Lamarque has successively been a financial auditor, regional key account manager, business developer in renewable energies, and corporate officer for major players in the energy sector.

At the same time, she was a partner in several companies related to the real estate sector, and finally chose to become an entrepreneur in 2007. She co-founded a Fintech in the real estate sector, which became one of the leaders on the French market and established itself in 3 European countries. As Managing Director of this company, she was a winner of the APEC gender equality competition.

After having sold all her company shares at the end of 2019, she is now devoting herself to associations to pass on the taste for entrepreneurship to young people in secondary schools and higher education, as well as respect and education for the environment. She became a Business Angel for the same reasons.

She joined the FBA association in 2019, co-leads the impact reflection group, has invested in a dozen companies in a wide variety of sectors that always respect and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and is a member of 3 strategic committees.

Geneviève Laurans

A graduate of EM LYON Business School and a Chartered Accountant, Geneviève has over 25 years of experience in managing innovative companies. She was one of the pioneers of EY’s IT audit, and eventually joined a software publisher. Since then, she has accompanied the development of innovative and diversification projects. She puts her skills and creativity in financial engineering at the service of the companies she develops. At the same time, she became a certified ESCP Europe-CMAP mediator in 2019 to help companies and entrepreneurs find non-contentious solutions to their disputes in social and commercial matters.

Geneviève joined FBA in 2018 and has invested in various fields. She is part of the sourcing team and has led over 30 instructions since joining. She is a member of several strategic committees of young companies and accompanies their managers in their entrepreneurial adventure by bringing them her strategic vision.

What motivates her: Encouraging and developing female entrepreneurship. Demonstrate the capacity of women to accompany companies in all phases of their development. To bring a different and specific look to each project.

Sylvie Botter

Sylvie Fleckinger-Botter graduated from the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE 1988) with a Magistère d’Economiste Statisticien-ne. She spent more than twenty years in investment banking, in the capital markets, where she was responsible for sales teams in charge of selling interest rate and equity derivatives before becoming a headhunter in 2010.

Specialising in executive search, she has worked for large generalist firms and now works independently in the financial, art and culture and education sectors.

Passionate about innovation and investment, Sylvie Fleckinger Botter has been a member of the Women’s Business Angels network since 2014. She is also a member of the Management Board of the Catalyses Foundation of the Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse.

Marie-Pierre Calmel

Marie-Pierre holds a Chartered Accountant – Auditor diploma after a business school and a master’s degree in international auditing at ESCP. She started her career at Deloitte in the Banking department before taking on responsibilities within the Finance Department of BNP Paribas for about ten years. She then joined the Ministry of Economy and Finance where she worked on accounting regulations for the financial sector. She then moved into public finance and has been Secretary General of the Conseil de Normalisation des Comptes Publics for the past 10 years.

Having experienced a family entrepreneurial adventure and convinced of the importance of the role of early stage investors in helping start-ups to take off, Marie-Pierre joined FBA in 202 to join the action already undertaken and to convey the positive image of the FBA network: a real benevolence towards project holders at all stages of the appraisal process and the encouragement of female entrepreneurship.

Lucie Caron

Lucie graduated as an industrial process engineer in 2004 and worked for almost 15 years in a leading French engineering company in the design and construction of industrial sites. In the process & technology department and then in the project management department, she participated in various missions in multiple technical and cultural environments.

In 2021, she decided to leave her job and become a freelance business partner in order to support managers in their process management, to guide them in the development of their growth strategy and to bring a vision of “administrator” (certification obtained in 2021 at EM Lyon).

Lucie joins FBA in 2020, to bring her support and expertise to startups that are at the heart of an innovative and exciting ecosystem. She also works as a mentor in incubators.

Johannah Gay

After studying telecommunications engineering at ESME Sudria, Johannah began her professional career in the web world in 1995.

In charge of creating websites and then moving on to product marketing and customer research, customer service and digital have always been at the heart of her career.

In 2014, she took an Executive Master in Management from ESSEC and developed her practice of Digital Marketing consulting on numerous projects: startup incubator, innovative SMEs and associative structures.

After having set up the digital fundamentals for a BtoB telecom operator, she joined a digital marketing agency to further develop the methodology and expertise: the opportunity to federate and mobilise multidisciplinary teams.

She supports entrepreneurship with enthusiasm through FBA and has already invested in four projects since 2016: as FBA administrator, after having redesigned the website, she proposes to continue on the improvement of the association’s digital tools: CRM, Due Dil tool etc..

Dominique Mucchielli

Dominique has a master’s degree in finance/taxation from Paris IX Dauphine, which she later completed with professional certifications in audit and finance.

She has worked mainly in the Parisian financial world, in particular in the fields of foreign markets, corporate/mergers & acquisitions, risk/internal audit/AML back offices.

Vice-president of Femmes 3000 and president of the Bouches-du-Rhône delegation, she organises events on economic and social issues, has supported young companies for more than 8 years within the local initiative platform of Marseille, is involved in the network “les premières Sud”, of which she is administrator and co-hosts an economic programme on a local radio station.

Patricia Niego

Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication, a Master’s degree in Business Law, a Certification in Accounting and a Master of Business Coaching (EMCC Certified Coach),

With a multidisciplinary background, she started her career in marketing consulting and sales force development with innovative companies such as Gemplus (smart cards), Nokia and Sony.

Patricia then embarked on the adventure of entrepreneurship by creating A.S.P., a company specialising in swimming pool equipment and services.

After selling her company, she approached several investment funds in order to co-invest with them, often taking a seat on the board. She immediately returned to her first job as a strategy-marketing consultant, accompanying her investments as well as those of the funds. This has allowed her to acquire expertise on startups as well as a network over the past 7 years.

In this continuity, she joined LER (les Entrepreneur-e-s Réuni-e-s), an entrepreneur/investor consultancy, as an associate and joined FBA in 2016.

Elizabeth Pauchet

A graduate of Yale Law School, Elizabeth is an international corporate lawyer with extensive experience in complex financings, acquisitions and listings in London, Paris and New York.

She worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell in the New York and Paris offices before creating and leading the legal function at a fast-growing start-up company that became a unicorn.

Currently, she is a member of the strategy committee and secretary to the board of a tech start-up that has raised over $350 million from private investors and the LSE AIM market.

She is a member of the board of the Fondation Médecins Sans Frontières, more precisely of the branch of this humanitarian organisation dedicated to technological innovation and humanitarian knowledge.

As an investor in several innovative companies, she joined FBA in 2019 where she is actively involved in sourcing projects and participating in the reflections on the issue of exits.

Agnès was President of FBA from June 2008 to May 2014 and then Co-President until June 2019.

A graduate of IEP Grenoble, Master of Law, HEC Cesa marketing and Coach up institute, she has always been keen to combine her professional, associative and family lives. After 20 years in corporate finance with a major French bank, Agnès devoted herself to training and coaching executives and managers, motivating teams and corporate communication. Very involved in the promotion of employee ownership in all its forms, she chaired an employee ownership fund and was a director of the French (FAS) and European (EFES) employee ownership federations. She is a director of an international professional trade group and a director of France Angels.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, Agnès regularly invests in start-ups and is a shareholder in more than twenty of them.

A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, with an MBA from HEC and a DEA in linguistics, Béatrice also has a family background and a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Her observation of France during her numerous missions abroad led her to found Femmes Business Angels in 2003, which she chaired until June 2008.

Member of the Board of Directors, including France Angels (2005-2009), she participates in selection committees, and trains in entrepreneurship, particularly in the Grandes Ecoles of the Ile de France region.

In 2007, she created Business & Gouvernance, a consulting firm specialised in fundraising, business plans and governance. She was made a Knight of the Order of Merit in 2008.
